Do you clean in my area?
Di's Commercial and Home Cleaning is a Brisbane based cleaning company that serves the Brisbane region. We are able to head out to areas outside this region for particular services. Contact us to see if we service in your area.
I’m not sure about what services I want or the area size. Are you able to inspect the area before giving me a quote?
We are happy to review services and the premises to give you an accurate quote and outline the cleaning options you have within your budget. At Di's Commercial and Home Cleaning, we pride ourselves in our personal service with our clients. Simply contact us, we will arrange a time to come out, meet you in person and have a chat about what services you would like. We will head back to our office to provide an itemised quote before meeting again to discuss the options. Once you're happy, we will discuss the work order.
Are all your services available all year round?
We are available around the clock, 5 days a week, every month of the year. Our only exception is on public holidays.
How long will it take to clean up my house/office/building?
It is difficult to give an estimate because every domestic, commercial and industrial cleaning service requires different services, but we do have some rough guidelines. A move out clean for a 246.5 m² home will take approximately 14-16 hours for a deep, top-to-bottom clean. This includes everything- the bathrooms, windows, kitchen, floors and more.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
All cleaning equipment and cleaning products are supplied by our home, commercial, office and industrial cleaners. All you need to provide is the area to clean up!
Are you environmentally friendly?
All of our cleaning products are eco-safe and friendly to the environment. After extensive research, we have selected Citrus Resources Australia and Research Products as the best cleaning products available in Australia and they are what we currently use. Great for the planet and family friendly.
Do I need to be there while you are cleaning?
The only time you will need to be there is to let our cleaners inside. You are welcome to leave or stay afterwards. All our cleaners are looked after by a supervisor.
Are your employees covered by Public Liability Insurance and Workcover?
Safety first! Our employees most certainly are covered by Public Liability Insurance and Workcover.
Do your employees receive a police check before hiring?
Yes, all employees receive a police background check. We make sure all of our employees are friendly and professional, as well as safe and trustworthy.
Will we receive the same cleaner every time?
We will send the same cleaner every week, whenever possible. We will notify you if there was a change during a certain week. If you would like to change your cleaner, please let us know at any time and we will accommodate.
